General 'Jules' Overview[]

Jules Kendall

July "Jules" Kendall is the cynical half-sister of Connie Kendall, though since "The Ties That Bind", she has loosened up a tad. It is unknown at this point whether she will convert to Christianity or not. After the Get in the Show competition, one of the final three nominees was chosen. It was Shona Kennedy Rodman, who later portrayed Jules in her debuting episode "Life Expectancy, Parts 1-3".

She was completely fogged from Connie until June Kendall's funeral. Now, she is shown as a recurring character, who despises awkward situations and Christian heritage overall. She is a believer in evolutionary food chain, although that may alter in the future. She previously resided California in and was befuddled by the intregue and love of Odyssey and the people there. It's the Odyssey magic! Her constant downheartedness causes turmoil for Connie's mindset, but her delinquent aura is quickly being doused by the caring kindness of Connie and the townspeople of Odyssey.

She is the daughter of Bill Kendall and Jan. Her parents relationship didn’t last very long, so she grew up for most of her life traveling week to week from one parent‘s home to the other. At the death of her father’s former wife June Kendall, he took her to Odyssey to meet her half-sister Connie.

Personality[]

She is 16 years old, wears thick black eyeliner, and is annoyed by awkward situations. Jules is not a Christian, and believes that life is a "food chain". She is used to her father's strange behaviors, such as not being introduced to her half-sister, Connie Kendall, until June Kendall's funeral.

History[]

Jules first appeared in Life Expectancy, Part 2 with her father for June Kendall's funeral. During that time, she met her half-sister, Connie for the first time.

Later, she appeared in The Ties that Bind, when she unexpectedly showed up in Odyssey. She came to Odyssey to find information about Wooton's unreleased comic books for the Perilous Pen's online blog. Vance King was her partner in crime. Her schemes were revealed and she returned to California.

She returned to Odyssey a third time at Wooton and Penny's wedding reception, much to the surprise of Connie and Whit. Connie allowed Jules to stay with her and even signed her up for school. Since then, she has stayed in Odyssey. She has made friends with Buck Oliver and has become "mortal enemies" with Valerie Swanson[1].

Family[]

Her father is Bill Kendall, her mother is Jan. Her half-sister is Connie Kendall. Mildred Kendall was her grandmother.
